Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is an ancient medical system that has been practiced for more than five thousand years. We accept and bill insurances:

  • We have a credentialing coordinator who ensures all of our Acupuncturists fulfill the credentialing requirements for the more than 20 insurance companies we are credentialed with.
  • Our billing is done both in house and by a reputable billing agency, experienced in billing for many Acupuncture clinics. They offer an 800 # for clients who have questions regarding their bill.

Our office staff is highly trained in insurance verification, and will:

  • Provide a free insurance check for all of our clients prior to starting care, clearly explaining your benefits to you.
  • Bill all insurances, which cover Acupuncture treatments.
  • Help you monitor and coordinate your insurance benefits, minimizing the risk of large bills.
  • Can assist you with your motor vehicle accident or Worker’s Compensation injury claims.
  • Communicate regularly with you and the other providers you are seeing.

In our clinics you will find:

  • Feng Shui principles were used in both clinics, supporting your healing experience even further.
  • Free tea and water, as well as selected health and wellness related reading materials.
  • Informational handouts on all of our products, and health related topics, such as self acupressure, infertility.
  • Nutritional products which boost performance and can assist you achieving your weight loss goals. Many of our clients report losing four to seven pounds per month—be sure to ask for our free samples!
  • An on staff licensed Massage Therapist who works on Fridays in our office in The Dalles and Saturdays in our office in Hood River. You can combine your Acupuncture and Massage appointments with Dolly Brandt, LMT for enhanced healing. Plus, we can bill insurance, please ask us!

We offer affordable health care, designed to meet your needs:

  • Discounts for purchasing treatment packages, if you don’t have alternative care insurance benefits.
  • A sliding fee scale based on income (this is required because we are also insurance providers).
  • Inexpensive Focused Acupuncture Treatments designed to address stress. (Happy Hour Treatments)
  • We accept credit cards and offer a financing option which does not require a credit check, only a processing fee. Ask us for our fee schedule info!

We have two locations in the Columbia Gorge offering treatments Monday through Saturday.

  • Both of our clinics, in Hood River and The Dalles, are wheel chair accessible, and have marked off street customer parking.
  • You can schedule your appointments by simply making an appointment in person in either one of our clinics, calling one of our clinics during regular business hours, or anytime with our online self scheduling option.
  • For appointments, we offer email reminders.
  • The ability to be seen as a new client, with minimal wait time. Very few insurance companies require a doctor’s referral. We will be able to tell you when we verify your insurance coverage. We will work with your doctor and send a follow-up letter.
  • We also offer free, in office, 15 minute consultations for any of your friends or family members who are interested in our services. Just call us!
