We are credentialed with most insurance companies that offer Acupuncture coverage. Please see the list below. This is not a guarantee of coverage; please consider checking your provider directory for Carola Stepper, LAc and Nikol Clark, LAc. We offer complementary insurance verification during your first visit and will bill your insurance for you. We have contracted a professional billing service, they provide a 800 # for any billing questions you may have.

If you are involved in a motor vehicle accident or have a Worker’s Compensation injury, you may be able to see an Acupuncturist for treatments.

Regular and Sliding Fee Scale

We have offered a Sliding Fee Scale as long as we have been in business. It is a part of our Purpose to make these healing treatments available to as many people as possible. Research has shown that Acupuncture is most effective when done frequently and regularly, just like doing Physical Therapy or going to the gym. The purpose of the Sliding Fee Scale is to separate the issues of money and health, we want you to come often enough to get better and stay better.

Because we are providers for many different insurance companies, we are required to use standards based on income in order to offer our Sliding Fee Scale.

We offer discounts to people whose Adjusted Gross Income (AGI), tax form 1040 on last year’s taxes is below $25,000 for one person, below $30,000 for two or more persons. We do not keep Social Security Numbers on file. We offer further discounts for the advanced purchase of multiple treatments to address your health concerns.

We accept cash, checks and Visa/MasterCard, Discover Card and River Hours.

Additionally we offer financing with the following company:

  1. Health Care Payment Solutions — Financing without a credit check for up to 2 years, minimum monthly payments are $50, 6% processing fee ($6 per $100 financed), no extra costs or interest.
